The final major addition to our collection this year is Science Direct College Edition from Elsevier publishing. This collection of 980 e-journals is strongest in the natural and health sciences, with additional journals in psychology, environmental studies, and policy-related social studies.

The NEA today released a new report on reading habits and competencies in the U.S. It indicates that Americans at all levels of education are reading less and losing ground in reading proficiency. The study includes all kinds of reading, not just literary, and also covers both print and online sources of reading material. How much voluntary reading do you do?
